Delete your Petcy account
In the app
- Open Petcy and tap your photo at the top right of Today.
- Tap Settings at the top right.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. Sign in with Apple and Kakao connections are revoked too.
Without the app
If you can't open the app, email us from an address where we can reach you. Tell us how you sign in (Apple, Google or Kakao) and the name your family sees. We'll ask a few questions to confirm the account is yours, then delete it and let you know.

Your account, sign-in connections, location consent and settings are deleted.
If other people are still in your family, the pets, care records and saved walks stay with them, and your entries show as left the family. A walk you haven't saved yet is deleted. If you're the last member, the family's pets, care records and walks are deleted too.
